Billing

• Additional charges will be itemized on the customer’s billing statement when applicable (e.g. tolls, parking, airport and regulatory fees, operating surcharge, cell phone)
• All published rates are subject to change without notice.
• All rates are calculated in the local currency and billed in U.S. dollars at the prevailing exchange rate.
• Applicable taxes will be charged as required.

Flat-rate rides

• AMP has standardized routes with flat-rate pricing for travel to and from most major cities and airports.
• Waiting time is defined as the length of time that elapses between a scheduled pickup and a passenger getting into the reserved vehicle. After a five (5) minute grace period on all flat-rate trips that do not begin at an airport, there is an $1 per minute charge for each minute a chauffeur is waiting.
• Passenger-requested stops on route during a flat-rate trip will be charged at $1 per minute.
• Passenger-requested stops off route during a flat-rate trip will be charged the prevailing hourly rate.

 

Time-based rides

• Rides between locations to which a flat-rate does not apply will be billed for the time the vehicle and chauffeur are at your service. The vehicle hourly rate will apply.
• Time-based rides are subject to a fixed positioning charge that represents the cost incurred for the vehicle and chauffeur to travel to your pickup location and to return from your drop-off point. All positioning charges are fixed according to vehicle type.
• Time-based rides along a small number of routes are subject to a time-based positioning charge that represents the time it takes the vehicle and chauffeur to travel to your pickup location and to return from your drop-off point. The vehicle hourly rate will apply.
• Time-based charges are billed in 30-minute increments.

 

Cancellation and no-show fees

Cancellation charges equal to the rate confirmed at time of reservation will apply unless reservation is cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy noted in your email confirmation of 24 hours prior to scheduled pickup time.  To cancel the reservation, you may cancel by texting or calling (425) 954-5017 or sending an email to [email protected].

  

• A no-show fee equal to the rate confirmed at time of reservation, plus any applicable waiting time fee, will be charged when the passenger(s) fails to arrive at the designated location. To avoid a no-show fee, please call the Service Provider telephone number listed on the email confirmation or the number listed in the mobile app if you cannot locate your chauffeur and/or vehicle.  Leaving the pick-up location without notifying AMP will result in a no-show charge.

The above cancellation terms represent standard policy at AMP and may be modified from time to time based on market, desired reservation dates and vehicle availability. All modifications that are mutually agreed upon in writing or communicated and confirmed at the time of reservation will supersede the above.

 

Damage and/or special cleaning

The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party with a minimum sanitation/damage fee of $250.00.  If a greater amount of time is required to clean the vehicle as a result of the passenger, we may charge an additional fee. Vomiting is an automatic charge of $500.  

 

Child Safety Seats

AMP provides child safety seats with advance notice. Parents and guardians of children traveling in AMP vehicles are responsible for providing and installing child safety seats in accordance with state and federal laws.

 

Lost or misplaced personal items or property left in vehicle

Neither AMP, nor any of its subcontractors or affiliates, shall be liable for or assume any liability or responsibility whatsoever for any lost or misplaced personal property or any other item left in a vehicle.

 

Prohibited items

The following items are prohibited inside AMP vehicles: alcoholic beverages, glass containers, smoking, vaping, firearms, explosives and fireworks.

 

Additional Terms

In no event will AMP or any of its subcontractors or affiliates be liable or responsible for damages of any kind caused by any delay in performance or failure to perform, in whole or in part, any of their obligations in connection with the services, where such delay or failure is due in part to fire, earthquake, weather, traffic, road construction, strikes, government sanctioned embargo, flood, act of God, act of war or terrorism, act of any public authority or sovereign government, civil disorder, delay caused by any air or ground passenger carrier, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of AMP, its subcontractors or affiliates.

The driver has the right to terminate ride without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). 

 

Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
